A few weeks ago, Year 1 cast their own paving slabs using cement fondue. They created designs in clay using natural materials such as leaves, sticks and berries. They added the cement and waited for them to dry before removing the clay moulds. This week the slabs were added along with a few pebbles and shells to the edge of our newly dug pond.
